We charge you a small fee for processing the payment, which is often less than the rewards or promotions from the card issuer or payment partners on our platform.

Know your payment status

 Initiated The payment has successfully been debited from user’s account and is being processed. Amount shall be credited to the beneficiary’s account within 3 working days from the date of payment
 Settled The user’s payment has successfully been deposited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
 Pending The user’s payment is yet to be reconciled by the Payment gateway. It takes upto 24 hours for the status to be updated.
 Failed Payments failed due to various reasons such as insufficient funds, wrong card details etc. Amount , if deducted, shall be auto-refunded by your bank within 5 working days.


We take 3 working days from the date of the payment to process the amount to your beneficiary’s bank account.
